Step Mother in law can't find will

My Father in law died . My step mother in law always carried the will with them when they traveled now she ca't find it. What can we do?

It is possible to get a copy of an original will admitted to probate, but you need to get affidavits from all of the original witnesses as to the testator's state of mind.
