Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
I have a student loan out with a co signer grandfather that had passed away in june this yr. It is with key bank in which i have not been able to make my payments on and have tried getting a deferment with them which they have not been much help with helping. I am now 4 months behind and they have gone for my grandfathers estate. He and my grandmother have a trust in which has the estate and everything they own in it she had conntacted he trust lawyer and has been told they can not do this we live in ohio. Can you please help?

It depends what kind of trust your grandparents created. Depending on the trust, creditors may be able to draw money from this trust. Your grandmother needs to meet with an attorney in Ohio. An attorney needs to review your grandparents' trust documents.
