I am still married , I am buying property under a trust with me being the trustee, has my spouse have any rights to this property?

The trust should direct where this property goes i.e. who is the beneficiary under the trust?
The short answer to your question is your husband does not have rights if he is not the beneficiary and is in no way connected to this trust.

This depends upon whether you are using money from marital property to purchase the property and how the trust is worded. It is difficult to say without knowing more. I suggest you consult an attorney. I would be happy to help.
