Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Can we ask for a new trustee on a trust started in 2004. Trustee died in 2008 and successor trustee has not done anything to date. No affidavit of successor trustee nothing.

The trust provisions should set forth what you can do to appoint a new trustee beyond the initial trustee and the successor. If there are no provisions that do so, you can file an action in the probate court to have him removed and a new trustee appointed.
