my uncle left a will and trust. I was included in the will and lied to, now I am believe that I was most likely included in the trust and being lied to again. What is the best method of finding out the truth?

Write a letter demand to see a copy of the trust. A trustee has a fiduciary duty to honor the terms of a trust. You might need the intervention of an attorney in this case.
