unclaimed funds

husband deceased 25 years,legal notification has been ran in 08 for any heirs.i need legal notice of authority from probate

Recovery of these funds involves going through the probate court. Depending on the circumstances, different ways of doing this are possible. We have done may unclaimed funds recovery cases and would be pleased to help you.
