Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My uncle had a transfer on death aff filed designating my aunt and myself as owners. He recently died, my aunt has since filed a new transfer aff designating someone else as owner with her passing. This is totally against my uncles wishes. He did not leave a will and her mental capacity is questionable. Do I have any legal recourse.

If you the transfer on death was made to you both as joint tenants, the other tenants can only transfer her share and not yours. If this is the case, you do have legal recourse.
