Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
If an unmarried parent is on life support which child has the legal right to "pull the plug" does it have to be a group decision amongst the children or does the oldest child have final say?

If the parent does not have a health care power of attorney or living will, it would have to be a decision reached by a majority of the adult children.
