Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Need updated will. No family or survivors. How do I do simple will with all to executor and who is responsible for debts in ohio?

An attorney can assist you with updating your will. Your executor will be responsible for paying your debts after you pass but only from your estate assets.
