can i vacate a home that is in trust?

my home is in trust that was built for me from my grandfather the bank holds trust and deed to my home but is stated in my granfathers trust papers that my address belongs to me with my name stated and that it is to be held in trust untill i am 40 years old if i vacate the property untill iturn 40 can they sell or transfer my home or property? or do i have to bodily be in the home to keep it? i am currently 31.

You will need to obtain a copy of the Trust and see if there is any language addressing that situation. If not, you will have to read what other discretionary language is in the Trust for the Trustee. Finally, just ask the Trustee; they will tell you.
