Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I have two vehicles in my name but my son bought them. I don't have a will but was wondering if I could get a paper stating that they both go to him in the event of my dying. Thank You Very Much

There is a TOD form at the BMV that allows you to designate a person which the vehicle will transfer to upon your death. Check the BMV website for the form. If you’re need addition estate planning assistance you can email me at [email protected].
