Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Waiver of Notice of Probate of Will
Does this mean that we will not be using the Court to settle my great aunt's assests?

Re: Waiver of Notice of Probate of Will
Probably not. It sounds more like she was requesting the Court to waive Notice of the Probate, not the Probate process itself.
Unfortunately, most people do not realize that a will is not enough to avoid Probate, to do so requires either getting all assets out of one's estate or having a trust set up to handle all of the assets.

Re: Waiver of Notice of Probate of Will
No. This means that the beneficiaries have signed off on not receiving formal notice of the filings because the executor/administrator has shown them the filings.
Re: Waiver of Notice of Probate of Will
The waiver of notice of probate of will is sent to all persons named in the will and all persons who are next of kin when the will is admitted to probate.
This means the court will be involved in the probate.
