Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My wife is not a US citizen, she does have a green card ( she's from Germany). We have one child and want to make a will for each of us. Our financial situation is fairly simple and straightforward. Can we use a basic online will service? Are there any special laws or complicating issues involved with making a will when one person is not a US citizen?

With a trust, yes, but with a will, no. I still recommend consulting with an attorney and not relying entirely on on-line information.
