Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My wife is legal guardian over her mom and moms estate medicaid says we need to do a spend down would we have to file with the court on what we spent the money on like funerals for both her mom and dad etc. ?

If your wife is a cout appointed guardian fro her mother's estate then she will need to get court approval for all moneys spent. You should get that approval prior to spending the money.
