Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My wife and I both have wills which leave everything to our 4 children. If we were all to die in a common disastor what happens to the estate if there are no other heirs listed.

If you all die in a common accident and have not specified anyone in your will to recieve your property. It would first go to your parents and your wifes parents. If their are no parents suriving it would go to siblings (which includes half siblings). If neither of you have siblings it would go to grandparents on each side and their descendants.
The easist thing to do would be revise you will to include who you would to recive the property in a common disaster.
