No will
My ex. died suddenly and left no will that can be found. how do you search for it? also our daughter moved into his house of which there is a morgage. she is his only child. now the grandfather and girlfriend want the house and her out. what will happen if no will can be found?

You can file an application to administer his estate in the probate court of the county where he resided even without a will. This may be a good idea since there are disputes over his property.
