what will happen?

my husband 77 has a house in another county his daughter is living in .he has no will the mortgage is in his name what will happen when he dies?my name is on nothing he owes alot on it.

You can't inherit a debt if vthat is what you are worried about. All debts will be paid from the estate upon death. If any money is left you and the daughter will split it at some percentage each.
