Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I havea friend who has no children and her husband has passed away, and she has in her will that i get everything including all of her household. Personal things, house, car which everything is paid for,can i go into the house and live there and not have to sign anything, or go through court, that its mine. Thank you very much

You will need to probate her estate to transfer title of her assets to yourself.
