Will
If I were left someone's tangible personal property valued at a estimated $80,000 dollars and I go to the home and most things of value have been taken by the excutor is there anything I can do?

First step I would take would be to get an attorney to file a motion for a full accounting of the estate. If the executor doesn't comply, then move to remove the executor and have another executor appointed (even yourself). Get into the probate court and fight for what was left to you. Absent that, sue the executor if you can prove they stole the assets. Best of luck.
