Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Will

My mother recently married and has taken his last name but has not changed her last name on her will. Will this create problems upon her death? She says her marriage abstract can be used to make the connection.

This will not be a problem. Both names will be shown on probate application.

I am surprised her marriage is not causing your mother to review her estate plan.
