Will question
I found an online form guiding me for making will. The last informatio to be filled out is witnesses and I am unsure if those witnesses can be loved ones that witness my signature as well as providing theirs, if a notary public needs to be one of the witnesses, or if any of thise will be enough to make it a binding last will and testament.

Re: Will question
The fact you have to ask says a lot about the quality of these online guides.
Any two adults who are not beneficiarties can witness your will.

Re: Will question
Witnesses should be disinterested third parties, no one who might inherit or benefit from your estate, or otherwise be involved in it. The same goes for notaries.
