Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Will question

I found an online form guiding me for making will. The last informatio to be filled out is witnesses and I am unsure if those witnesses can be loved ones that witness my signature as well as providing theirs, if a notary public needs to be one of the witnesses, or if any of thise will be enough to make it a binding last will and testament.
