Last Will and Testament

I just finish doing my Last Will and Testament. Where do a person go to file their Last Will and Testament?

There is no requirement that a will be filed. A will can be deposited for safekeeping with the probate in the county where you reside. This is most frequently done by someone who is concerned that his or her will not be found at death. Most of my clients keep their wills at home, or in a safety deposit box.
