Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Will and trusts
My sister had my mother change her
will to exclude myself, my other
sister, and the grandchildren, even
her own son(sister's). Everything
goes to my sister. My father left all
three girls an equal share of a trust,
but I am worried that my sister has
plundered that also. How do I find
out?

Re: Will and trusts
You didn't say whether your mother or father have passed away. Wills become public documents once a person dies. Trusts remain private documents which can become public. As a potential beneficiary of both, you have the right to sue to find out the contents. This is complicated. I suggested consulting with an attorney.
