i friend passed two weeks after selling her house to her lawer for a lot less then it was worth for fast sell. with a loan over 2 yrs of 675 a month the rest at the end of loan. at the same time she made me excuter and sole benifiery of her estate. ? 1 it has now been past the loan by three months and he still hasnt payed it off and i cant close estate intill he does. 2 is there any way to get or stop the sale of the house/

The sale may be an ethical problem for the attorney. Check with your own attorney on this. You certainly can sue to collect on the note.
