I was the executor of my father's estate in Ohio. He died after being in a nursing home. His home had been sold and all the proceeds were going toward his car until they ran out. When he died he had $13,000. My sisters want to contest the will - Question: Can I use the money that is left since I am the executor for a lawyer as they contest the will?

This is not much money to legally fight over. I suggest contacting a lawyer and asking him or her the best way to resolve this matter without something as costly as a will contest.
