Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Hubby & I each have a will, if he dies, I get everything, and vice versa. Two children ages 9 and 4, If we die at same time, he has named his sister as trust to watch over children and funds till age 21. I have done the same. I would like to change mine to my sister. If we die at same time, is there a prob? who will take care of kids?

Yes you can, with the understanding that the last of you to die's appointed guardian is the one to take over.
