Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
wills
My husband passed away 10 years ago and he was the executor of his mothers will, which at the time left him and his two sisters everything. His mother just died without changing that will. Does anybody get his share of the estate since he passed before her?

If your husband has children surviving, they will get his share of the estate.
