Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

wills from a long lost loved one

My father died 26 years ago. I was his only child. I never saw a will. My stepmother said he left the majority of his property; money to her. At the time, I was so distraught and young and alone. I did not question things at the time. However, since then I realized that he changed his will on his deathbed. I believe that he was doing this under duress. Is there anything I can do now. I was his only child.

Re: wills from a long lost loved one

When someone passes away his family has a certain period to contest the will after it has been admitted to probate. Since your father died 26 years ago your ability to contest his will would have expired a long time ago.
