Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

I'm a 34 yr old man, and had 10 ankle surgeries in 11 years due to a work-related injury. I'm currently on temporary total disability through the state of OHIO. My last surgery will be a pantalor fusion to my ankle, which will be the final and last surgery that I could possilbly have to correct my condition. I will have to wear rocker-bottom shoes and an ankle brace for the rest of my life. What can I look for in a final settlement, considering that I will have to deal with the physical and work-related implications that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. I have zero mobility in my right foot/ankle/leg and I'll likely have to use a cane to walk for the rest of my life?

Of course, it depends on the specifics of your injury and no responsible attorney will make a specific prediction, especially without a complete work-up. Call 216-241-2510 to set up a free consult.
