Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio
bi-weekly workers comp check
If I consult with an attorney and agree to hire him, will this reduce my bi-weekly checks from workers
compensation?

Re: bi-weekly workers comp check
If you hired me to represent you on a worker's comp. Claim it would NOT reduce your be-weekly checks.
The fee for representing you on a worker's compensation claim depends on the agreement that you make with the attorney.
My agreement never takes money out of your bi-weekly checks for wage loss. Any fee would be based upon a percentage of any lump sum payments that you may recieve either from a permanent partial award or after a hearing where we get benefits that you otherwise would not be getting.
I will be happy to discuss this with you and give you more information if you call. No charge or obligation for the free confidential call.
Good luck
