Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio
my company is being sold in 30 days. I injured myelf at work and now my company is saying it is not their problem it is the new owners. who is responsible for my benefits ?

The new company may be responsible, depending upon the agreement reached between the seller and buyer. If the original employer paid premiums into the Ohio BWC state fund, then the Ohio BWC would maintain jurisdiction over the claim to pay medical and lost time benefits.
