Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

I just found out my company terminated my health care insurance

I am off of work and have a workers compensation claim. I am off work due to doctors orders.

I just found out my company terminated my health care insurance as of midnight 08/31/08. My question is can they legally do this.

I need additional information before I can answer your question. The Company may have been wrong in terminating your health insurance.

The company may have legally been able to stop paying for your insurance but if so they would have to let you have the opportunity to continue the insurance and pay for it yourself.
