if you have high blood pressure and have to work in extremely high heat on the job and you die from a brain hemorrhage, can your survivors get survivor benefits?

Perhaps. These issues are very fact specific and require a connection between the injury and the job. I would suggest consulting with a competent comp attorney ASAP to go over the details of why you think the brain hemorrhage was specifically work-related.
