Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

im being ordered to apear workers comp hearing after a number of surgries and constant pain which i take meds fo now im being called a drug seeker and trying to dismiss my case what can i do they gave me no time to get a lawyer and said i cant ask for a postponment they say its do to old age my pain and not from two back surgeries
