Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio
workers comp accident
My DR. says my broken foot is healed and I should go back to regular duty at work, and he t need to see me any more. I saw the Xray and bone was not fully fused. somethings fish.Will it hurt my permanent partial if he says its all healed? I havent even seen company DR. yet.

If your foot is not healed and your doctor says you should go back to work, you should think about talking to another doctor for a second opinion.
