Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

Worker's compensation

My husband was injured at work and required to have a titanium rod inserted into his leg. We have obtained the services of an attorney, but have only spoken to them once in a year and a half. We keep recieving letters for settlements that seem to be rather low. Our attorney has not been very forthcoming with any information on things that we need to be doing or what we may expect. Is there somewhere we may obtain information on how this works and what we ourselves need to know and should do.

Re: Worker's compensation

Worker's compensation claims are often very frustrating. You may have some legitimate issues and certainly have a right to information. If your current attorney is not answering your questions or if you want a 2nd opinion, you can talk to another attorney.

If you would like to discuss this in more detail, feel free to give me call. There is no charge for a confidential telephone call and you may find that things are progressing as they should be. If not, I can let you know what your options are!

Good Luck!!
