No, but you might lose your driver's license without appropriate guidance.

Every court that I have ever dealt with in Northeastern Oklahoma requires a defendant to be represented by an attorney if the possible punishment for the crime they are charged with carries any jail time. This is done to protect your interests and protect your rights. Your second charge of possession in Oklahoma will be a felony. You should always consult with an attorney when facing any criminal charge.
