I have employed with a company for approx. 2 years now, I have been placed on administrative leave, I do not feel that I have been treated fairly,I have many questions concerning a leave of absence

It would be difficult to address your question unless you can provide more specific circumstances regarding your administrative leave. You are referring to two types of leave, "administrative leave" and "leave of absence." they are not the same under policy or law and the use and practice of this leave would depend on what had occur to justify its use.
