Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oklahoma
bankruptcy on first and 2nd mortgage
Can you file bankruptcy on a 2nd mortgage and still pay on the first and keep the house? Without 2nd trying to take the house? Or what could they do?

I'll betcha that both the first and second have the house as secured property.
LISTEN ... BANKRUPTCY IS LIKE BEING PREGNANT. EITHER YOU ARE IR YOU ARE NOT. IF YOU FILE ON ANYTHING, YOU FILE ON EVERYTHING!
That having been said, depending on the facts, you can prabably keep the house.
