Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oklahoma
violation of automatic stay
I filed ch 7 july 7, 2000. I was involved in a civil suit as defendant. plaintiff obtained a judgment August 30, 2000. Bankruptcy judge denied a summary judgement indicating judgement obtained in violation of stay and pronaunced it voided and with no legal effect. later plaintiff managed to have the stay lifted to refiled suit and if judgment obtained to comeback to bk court for its dischargeability. march 19, 2002 sold my home in oklahoma. plaintiff got court order to replevin funds.
Question: plaintiff violated automatic stay? what action to be taken?
complain or contempt of court. also the judge in state court knowingly granted restraining order and replevin.
any action against him?
I have represented myself in poceedings.
Thank you
