Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
I own 167 acres of raw land along with my family. There are five of us. We have had the land for sale for seven years without an offer. They do not want to auction off the land but I need to sell my share to clear up old debts. Is there any legal way that I can force them to auction off the land?

You will have to seek an action to partition the land in the district court where you reside. After the court orders partition, you can sell your portion. Make sure you get a lawyer who has done this type of action and is experienced in it.
