Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
I own a bar in Oklahoma City, OK and the property owner did not renew my lease. I still owe the previous owner of the bar not the property for the bar. In our agreement it states no grace period and if I should become late on a payment, he can take ownership of the bar back. This bar is liquor licensed to this address. I took over ownership and didn't get to have even a one year lease. I took over the previous owner's lease and was told I would be able to renew it in Aug. What are my rights, as far as am I responsible to pay for a bar that I can not open

It's not possible to answer your attorney question without examining the contract of sale and other documents. If the seller said you could renew the lease, and the landlord did not give you this opportunity, then you would have a claim against the seller. These kinds of cases are highly fact dependent so you should consult an attorney in your area for specifics.
