Business equiptment
I am closing my business and the landlord is trying to keep me from taking my equiptment. this is a beauty shop and I own all equiptment including counters and sinks

Look carefully at your lease agreement. I suspect your landlord is trying to claim that the counters and sinks are improvements or fixtures that stay with the property. You will have to show that the items are easily movable without damage to his property.
