how to get out of a business lease
lease was made out to the owner of the building and my son in law but my husband signed it who is responsible. also we now have a new owner of the building are we still bound to the lease set out with the first owner or can we get out of the lease .....help us please

Yes, you are still bound and your husband is responsible for the lease; if his signature was applied as guarantor.
If your husband signed in behalf of a company i.e. Name, DBA, Company. The company is responsible.
Whether or not you are still responsible after the new owner would depend on the terms of the lease.
Based on the information you provided, neither the previous owner or your son-in-law is bound to the terms but your husband is; particularly if he is the only guarantor or signer.
