company seperates my boss is starting his own company with new ein numbers used the same name but add llc he had his employees move his personal proerty out did they do anything wrong

We are now sure what you meant by "company separates." Was this a partnership? Did your buy the other partner out? Was this a joint venture? Without more information about business it is difficult to address your concerns. However, it does sound suspect if the same business name was used especially if the company was registered as an LLC or partnership or corporation.
