Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma

TOOK ON A CONTRACT TO ACCOMPLISH THE INTERIOR DESIGN WORK FOR A LARGE HOTEL IN ANKARA, TURKEY. DID THE DESIGN, AND PROVIDED A LIST OF MATERIALS TO HOTEL STAFF. IT WAS ACCEPTED, MATERIALS ORDEERED, AND WAS PAID, FOR MY SERIVCES , ALONG WITH A LITTLE MORE FOR ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AS REQUIRED. THEN APPERENTLY MADE A BIG MISTAKE, DEPOSITED THAT MONEY IN MY US BANK! THEY HAVE LOCKED THAT DOWN AS FRAUD FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS NOW!!! I AM OUT OF MATERIALS AND NEED TO ORDER MORE, AND HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY FUNDS! I HAVE CONTACTED KEYBANK AND HEY HAVE REFUSED TO RELEASE THE LOCK DOWN UNTIL i COME BACK, AND PRESENT MY SELF IN PERSON TO CONFIRM MY IDENTY!!! CAN'T DO THAT WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY FUNDS. CONTACTED THE EMBASSY TO SEE IF I COULD GET THEM TO VERIFY MY IDENITY FOR KEY BANK. KEY BANK REFUSED TO ACCEPT THAT. I CANNOT GET BACK WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY MONEY, WHICH THEY REFUSE TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT UNLESS I DO. ALSO CA N NOT COMPLETE THE CONTRACT

There is no way to know from here what triggered the bank's response.What I find almost amusing, but not really funny, is how the banks seem to go over the top locking accounts claiming that they are protecting against fraud until of course you are an actual victim of fraud then they claim they can't do anything to help you.

You may just have to borrow the money to get the US in person and deal with it.
