Re: Contract Breaking
This is not my understanding. The primarypurpose of a contract is to outline ALL conditions, execute agreements and provide protection or "repercussions" if one party defaults or fail to perform a service or action , as agreed. It is also used to outline the terms of an agreement. As such, the time limit for execution, breaking or withdrawal is up to the agreeing parties and this time limit is determined by the parties who signed the contract.
