Contract
my friend and I have our own computer security company and we just created a program for security... what I wanted to know is, we created a contract and were wondering what would it have to be like to make it legal... all the specs

Thank you for your question. To be legal a contract should be signed by the party(s); incorporate and reflect all of the terms of the agreement and in a manner that reflects mutual consent. Aside from that it should be dated,and state the place where it is made. Avoid ambiguity and terms which internally conflict with other terms. There is no requirement that contracts be notarized except where it will be filed in county land records. But it can be a good idea so that everbody is clear that the people signing are who they say they are.
