ehtical question
Is there a law restricting employers from requiring employees to participate in political activities?
the aforesaid question was sent to already and was answered yes, but my next question is: do you know where I can find evidence of such law to present to my employer?

The issue sounds in constitutional law. I would suggest the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution might be a likely place to start.
