Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma

Can I give shots (puppy immunization and rabies) and wormer to people's pets, and charge a fee, in the state of Oklahoma legally. I am NOT a veterinarian and will not pass myself off as one. I know I can give my own dogs shots (however I have no legal protection if my dog bites someone with the rabies vac). I have a small kennel and go to seminars and have some knowlege on the subject. With the ecomomy as it is, family and friends have started asking me to give their animals shots because they can't afford to go to the vet.
